Arriving to Durham?
Durham is a great place to be a student! It is a city with lots of history and there are many student activities to get involved in while you are studying here. We know no matter how far you have travelled, it can be hard to settle into a completely new country with new customs and maybe a new language. Each year there are students from all over the world who make their home at Christchurch in one of our groups for international students.
We have welcomed students from Singapore, Malaysia, Italy, Taiwan, Singapore, China, Poland, Japan, Iran, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Brazil, Latvia, Chile, Madagascar and Thailand amongst other countries. So wherever you are from, you are very welcome here at Christchurch.
